My name is Osmund Anderson, and I am a proud resident of Charlestown, WV. As a retired Army veteran pursuing a Ph.D. at Shenandoah University, my life has been dedicated to serving and positively impacting our community. I am also a devoted husband, father of two, grandfather of seven, and great-grandparent of six.

I am excited to announce my candidacy for the House of Delegates in District 99 of Charleston, WV. My diverse experiences in the military and higher education have shaped my values and priorities. Our community needs leaders who will listen, collaborate, and work tirelessly to address our challenges.

I believe in the importance of service, the value of education, and the necessity of effective leadership. I am committed to advocating for my constituents' needs, tackling pressing issues, and striving for a more prosperous and equitable West Virginia.

My background uniquely prepares me to serve our community effectively. The sense of duty, discipline, and commitment to the greater good instilled in me through military service, combined with my dedication to education, equips me with the skills and perspective needed to be an effective advocate for our district.
